Founded in 1999, the name Dondup comes from a Tibetan lama whose philosophical principle was: “all men are equal and race, color and faith have no meaning, all that counts are one’s intentions and actions”. The brand is based in Fossombrone Italy, a place that is also known as “the denim valley”.

With the LVMH (Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton,) group now holding a majority stake in the brand, Dondup offers an excellent premium denim core, but overall, the brand offers a total-look complete in all categories, and is representative of the group to which it is a part of.
